SibFU Tempus Allmeet team took part in the training at EC-VPL, the Netherlands. The training was held 11-15 January 2016 in Hague, the Netherlands. The training was devoted to the theory and practice of modern prior learning and experience assessment methods and diagnostics of VPL.

          

   SibFU Tempus Allmeet team took part in the international training at EC-VPL, the Netherlands. The training was held 11-15 January 2016 in Hague, the Netherlands. The training was devoted to the theory and practice of modern prior learning and experience assessment methods and diagnostics of VPL.

    SibFU team was represented by Olga Smolyaninova, the Head of SibFU team, Director of IEPS SibFU, Yana Dayneko, , Head of Professional Development and Retraining Center, Institute of Education, Psychology and Sociology and Ekaterina Bezisvestnikh, IT in Education and LL Chair, Institute of Education, Psychology and Sociology.

    Training objectives:

• Be aware, understand and practiced with assessment instruments, procedures, and exercised as assessor and as guide
• Further development of the PL2S-team and ways of collaborating between the teams
• Description of PL2S and DIY-teams at the universities and plans for further development
• Plan for development and execution of regional VPL/portfolio training for fieldworkers
• Start of virtual training (webinars) for fieldworkers
• Quality assurance and preparation for an audit of the PL2S centres

    During the week of the training the participants studied 8 of educational practice-oriented modules (Competencies of assessment expert, Portfolio evaluation, Basis of interview method fro assessment purposes, Perfomance assessment and other), registered for the online course in Value of LifeLong Learning at http://allmeet.aiwos.com/course/value-of-lifelong-learning/ and placed personal video presentations devoted to the course modules.

     The work with the participants from Russia was carried by the leading trainers of EC-VPL: Kees Schuur, Frans van Zwam, Eric van Beek, and Ruud Duvekot.

     The launching of the training took part in Novemner 2015 in Volendam, the Netherlands http://ipps.sfu-kras.ru/tempus-allmeet/.

    The main result of the training is introducing the obtained experience and methods of VPL diagnostics into the Polycultural Lifelong Learning Center based on PLS2 at SibFU IEPS.
