26-27 March 2015  a professional development course in Business Etiquette took place. A course for state civil officers of Krasnoyarsk region in Business Etiquette (workshop) within a polycultural educational platform worked out by TEMPUS «ALLMEET» developers.

The number of students of the program amounted to 13 people, among them representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Healthcare, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Transport of Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Administration of PR of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk region.

The number of students training programs amounted to 13 people, among whom were representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Transport of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Office of External Relations of the Governor.

The course was delivered by Chiganova Svetlana Dmitriyevna (PhD in Law, Associate Professor, General and Social Pedagogy Chair, Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology SibFU) and Hodjush Svetlana Vasilyevna (Head of HR department of the Ministry of Sports of Krasnoyarsk region); a program is worked out in accordance with the current requirements and the current situation in Russia and in Krasnoyarsk region.

The course covers the following topics:

• The concept and the essence of ethics and etiquette in the professional activity of civil officers.

• The competences of civil officers in business etiquette.

• Business etiquette in interacting with citizens applying for an administrative decision.

• Business etiquette in interacting with colleagues.

•Business etiquette in talking on the phone, business correspondence and Internet communication.

The discussed issues concern standards of business protocol, business meetings, business negotiations( general information about the protocol, hierarchy, meeting at the airport, seating participants during meeting and automobiles  in accord with the protocol requirements, official events, protocol attributes (flags, emblems and other symbols), organizing and conducting business negotiations and meetings (facilities, seating the participants, types of meetings - formal, informal, day, evening meetings.)

On completion of the courses final assessment of the students was carried out; certificates in completing a professional development course were issued.
