30 January 2015 a scheduled TEMPUS ALLMEET project meeting took place at IEPS SibFU.

The objectives of the 2015 include developing training programs and materials, as well as the launch of educational courses and virtual intercultural educational platform for the target groups of the project. 23 January 2015 Rafikov R.G., deputy Head of PR Department of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk region took part in the project meeting. Rashid G. Rafikov made a presentation on the ethnic composition of the population of Krasnoyarsk region, intercultural communication and modern migration processes in the region.
